Intimacy Coaching

Intimacy coaching is a clothes on session that takes place in an office setting (located in Union Square). This nonjudgemental space gives you the opportunity to speak candidly about all topics surrounding sex and intimacy. As a trained sex and intimacy coach I will help guide you through concerns using various tools (breath work, cuddle therapy, etc). Together we build intimacy through vulnerability so that you may apply it to your day to day life.

Common themes in coaching: Dating Issues, Body Image, Inexperience in Sexual Relationships, Performance Anxiety, etc
